Cranachan is probably the best known traditional Scottish pudding, made using soft fruit, cream, whisky and oatmeal - all ingredients for which Scotland is famed.
Porridge oats and oatmeal also make a delicious healthy topping for a fruit crumble - simply replace half of the flour in your mixture with oatmeal or porridge oats, or you could try one of our other puddings below.
