Bread and Scones
Bread is a great source of fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals, and as such, is an important part of a healthy diet.
Nothing beats the smell of fresh-baked homemade bread. Oatmeal is low in gluten so can't be used to make a loaf, but can be mixed with wheat flour to add flavour and texture to bread, muffins, and pancakes. You could either try one of our bread recipes, or next time you are baking your own bread or scone recipe, try sprinkling some oatmeal or porridge oats on top before baking.
