Oatie Orange Cheesecake
Base:
50g Hamlyns Scottish Oatmeal
4 Digestive Biscuits, crushed
50g butter
15ml spoon Syrup
Topping:
50g Cream Cheese
1 sachet Dream Topping, made up according to instructions
1 tin Mandarin Oranges, drained
Cherries to decorate
To make the base, melt the butter and syrup over a low heat. Add oatmeal and biscuits, mix well and press into the base of a flan dish. Chill in the fridge.
When cooled and set, make the cheese topping by whisking the Dream Topping until firm. Whisk in the cream cheese to give a smooth creamy filling. Add some chopped mandarins. Spread the mixture over the base. Decorate with mandarins and cherries, then chill before serving.
