Banana and Oat Smoothie

400ml/14 fl oz cold milk
2 large bananas
2 tbsp Hamlyns Scottish Porridge Oats
4 ice cubes

To make two delicious, healthy smoothies, simply place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend for approximately one minute. Drink immediately.
