Nick Nairn
Hamlyns have been working with top Scottish chef, Nick Nairn, on a series of newspaper competitions and a competition in selected Tesco stores, to win a day at the Nick Nairn Cook school. This culminated in a fantastic day of ‘Cooking with Oats and Oatemeal’ for 20 lucky winners at the Nick Nairn Cook School in Aberfoyle, where Nick demonstrated several recipes using Hamlyns Scottish Porridge Oats and Oatmeal, and the participants all got hands on experience.
Do try these recipes for yourself, and do print off a copy if you like them, as they will only be available on the site for a limited period!
